Pep Boys

As soon as I came in yo Pep Boys, I was greeted with a smile and “how can I help you” by Walter. Great customer service is hard to find today and especially at an auto repair store, I was impressed. I came in for an oil change and I was out in a little bit over an hour. It was an awesome experience!

I came in because of a flat tire on the street. The driver from my insurance company put the fake spare on and told me that I would likely need two tires. He sent me to a really crappy place for the tires and I promptly headed for Pep Boys. There, after a few minutes, it was determined that it was only a bad valve stem. I highly recommend Pep Boys on Stenton Ave in Philadelphia for car service. Each time I brought my car to them, the staff were very professional and efficient. I always wait for my car while it’s being serviced so it was nice to be able to see how the job was progressing with Pep Boy’s service tracker.

Came in without an appointment because I ran over a piece of metal in one of my tires. After review, mechanic brought me the piece of metal and said it didnt puncture the tire and all was well, No need for tire flat fix or a new tire. Appreciate the service and time!!!

Rafael was a great help over the phone prior to my appointment and kept me updated on progress, i called a few times while my car was being serviced to ask more questions and he promptly got answers from technicians for me. When i got there for pick up everyone promptly asked me if I needed assistance and I was in and out. Waiting room was clean and they went above and beyond with their service.
