I had a great experience at the Pep Boys in Philadelphia. The Assistant Store Manager (Phu Trieu) was pleasant, accommodating and incredibly helpful. He even helped us get a car rental while our vehicle was being repaired. Definitely recommend this place if your car breaks down!

Complete scammers! Went to this location to get my tires changed and the experience was underwhelming to say the least. They lied and tried to overcharge me for standard services. They added on services I didn't ask for. Will not be returning this location. STAY AWAY!!! ***update*** This location told me that to do an oil change on my car, they’d have to risk stripping the bolt. Thus having to replace the entire oil pan, which would amount to an $800+ job. I took my car to a different mechanic, and they did the oil change with ease and absolutely no problems. If I could give no stars it'd be better! They don't deserve any! 1st of all at other places a oil change is 20-30 mins and done with you in the vehicle. It took 1hr and 30 mins! When I get my car back I get in and it smelled of body odor.. why why a oil change is done outside? Then I notice my old mileage sticker is still on my car! Next I see if they topped of my fluids like windshield wiper fluid and it was still.as empty as when I took my car in.
