I had a great experience at the Pep Boys in Philadelphia. The Assistant Store Manager (Phu Trieu) was pleasant, accommodating and incredibly helpful. He even helped us get a car rental while our vehicle was being repaired. Definitely recommend this place if your car breaks down!

Complete scammers! Went to this location to get my tires changed and the experience was underwhelming to say the least. They lied and tried to overcharge me for standard services. If I could give no stars it'd be better! They don't deserve any! 1st of all at other places a oil change is 20-30 mins and done with you in the vehicle. It took 1hr and 30 mins! When I get my car back I get in and it smelled of body odor.. why why a oil change is done outside? Then I notice my old mileage sticker is still on my car!
