Pep Boys

I took my car in because of a grinding and squealing sound coming from the rear wheel. I was told the sound was actually coming from the front brakes because they weren't making contact with the rotors correctly and now a rust build up occurred. I questioned that because I could clearly hear the sound coming from the back wheel. I was told that if I wanted to sound to go away, I would need to replace the front pads and rotors. I trusted their judgement and paid over 500 to get this done. The next day, I still hear the grinding noise and squealing. I feel like I was cheated.

Shawn and Nick were great, loved how they sent me pics of the cars issues and kept me in the loop on possible cost outcomes. They were able to find the issue and fix it, drives smoothly and quietly now! Thanks again, guys! 🍻

Pep Boys in Andorra PA is a great place for vehicle repairs. They have been serving my cars for more than 20 years no issues. They usually issues monthly coupons to their customers which help to reduce the bill. The staff is pleasant and very professional

I recently experienced a flat tire and had the pleasure of using Pep Boys Andorra to help me. The service was top notch even when I arrived at the store within two minutes to closing. They eased my stressful situation. I am happy to report that I am back in my car and rolling better than before! I must say that the entire staff was amazing and helpful. I will be back and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. We were on a trip to Philadelphia and had an issue without front tire. The got us in quick, and since they did not have the tire in stock quickly put on our spare. This allowed us to get the tire from a local dealership before closing because it is a special size. Got the tire and went back to Pep Boys and they put it on quickly and we were on our way. Friendly and helpful. Grateful for the assistance and was surprised at how little the bill was. Highly recommend.
