Horrible experience, wasted time and money, 6 hours spent for balancing. I requested alignment and balancing and after 6 hours their technician was not able to work because he clocked out. And they don’t even bother to apologize. I would never go to any pep boys ever again. Honestly go to dealership they would probably charge less than them and work better.

At this location, they will let you book an appointment for state inspection, come all the way to the store, just to tell you that they don’t have an inspector! The guy at the front desk didn’t even apologize or offer to reschedule the appointment. He just didn’t give a rats ass! Total BS avoid this store.
