Pep Boys

Poor customer service!! The kind that makes your heart rate go up because you’re trying to maintain composure! Why are you playing with people about their cars?? Guy acting like he didn’t want to give the managers special that’s on the COMPANY website!!! What is wrong with people?? (I got everything in the special already) Simple oil change is taking 1.5 hrs. I said 2 words here and it’s bad customer service. It is kinda crazy. I’m going to the dealership and just paying higher price I believe the mechanics are good but the customer service staff is horrible horrible horrible -50 stars

I got in an accident on Sunday morning and my tire needs replacement. Pep boys was open and changed the tire in less than an hour. When I thought everything was done and ready to go home, I realized I got the tire size wrong. Pep boys still did a great job replacing it right away. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Very recommended .

Had a great experience here. My car died and had to be towed. My usual mechanic was full. I was very stressed! My bad day got better when I called this Pep Boys. Franky did a great job fixing my car quickly, with clear communication the whole time. Got my car back way faster than I expected and for a price that was lower than I feared!

This place was a life saver!!!! My wife daughter and sister were visiting independence hall and drove over a piece of metal which caused a flat and we had no spare. I called every shop around and none of them were available till The next morning. They got me in right away and did it immediately when I arrived best place ever, This is late on a Friday evening right before closing. They had such a good attitude and were happy to help.

HORRIBLE. I bought 4 brand new tires, they pushed my appointment back because they were short staffed, then when they got my car, they BROKE MY KEY INSIDE MY IGNITION. They made me pay for it. I contacted corporate, no response. It’s been over a week. This is the worse service I ever received. Darrel was horrible and disrespectful, the “Technicians” ARE THE WORSE OUT THERE. I watched them sit on their phones, eating chips crowed in a corner of the shop. THEN when I went back to see the key , the lady at the front desk told me “ those are just kids working back there”. like that was a good excuse that my key was broken. This place should be shut down.
