Conveniently located near a tram stop so you can leave your car there overnight on a busy day. Free coffee. A great staple for routine maintenance if you live along the G (formerly 15).

I came for an oil change. It’s been 3 hours and am still waiting. The outside temperature is 95 and the air conditioning is bad, there is no coffee, the fountain water does not work and the bathroom is dirty. I have never seen such a poor level of customer service. Not planning to come back

Upon entering the facility, the person in charge of checking in cars was rude. He made me wait 10 minutes while appearing to enter invoice information, despite there being no other customers present. When he finally acknowledged me, he greeted me in a rude manner. I had to spell my last name three times, and even then, he did not get it. He then grabbed my documents in an abrupt and dismissive way. I asked for an estimated completion time, as I had indicated on the form that I would wait on-site. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning on 4/17 after driving over a screw. I was told it'd be ready either that day or the next, depending on when tires arrived. The next day I hadn't heard anything, so I called at 12p, and was told they just got the tires and the car would be ready by 2p. The shop called me at 1:40 to confirm I just wanted the fronts replaced, and not the rears in addition. I confirmed that was the case, they said it would be ready soon. I called again at 3 after not hearing anything, as I needed to leave by 3:30 for a job that was an hour away. I informed them of this on the phone and double checked that my car would be ready on time. They confirmed it would be.…

Extremely unprofessional. Did not honor appointment time. Made appointment for oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement. when I dropped off car, they said one car was ahead of me, they would try to finish it that day but might need to hold it until the morning. Did not even look at car until noon the day after my appointment. Called to say they were almost done an hour later. I got no update so called back an hour later and then they said no wipers were in stock and they had to order them.
