Mavis Discount Tire

Came in to get new tires and an alignment and Kevin helped me. He was very welcoming and friendly. I have a really tight schedule, but he assured me he would get it taken care of by the time I got out of work. Sure enough he kept his word and maintained a personable and professional demeanor. I'm definitely coming back thanks to him!

Came for an oil change, walked out with good timing. Staff is incredibly friendly. Even with this mean heat, they were professional! Managers name is Kevin, very polite and professional. Gives recommendations but doesn’t shove it at you. Carlton was the one who changed my oil, checked my tires and fluids! Fought the heat and kept a smile on his face! I travel outta my way just to come here! Thanks Guys!!

Lindsay was fabulous with helping me maintain my vehicle & well versed in product knowledge. Price was fair. Service was fast and done correct. Would definitely schedule any work in the future there.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing tires. I had a relatively new tire that developed a huge bubble after running over a nail, and Lindsay was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything quick and easy. The team at Mavis Tire in Franklin Mills was professional, honest, and got me back on the road in no time. Great service, fair pricing, and genuinely kind people. I’ll definitely be back for any future tire or auto needs. Highly recommend! Thank you 😎

I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Lindsey! I came in for a tire balancing, and from start to finish, Lindsey provided top-notch service. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the process clearly. It’s rare to find such friendly and thorough customer service these days. Lindsey went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate her commitment to making sure everything was done right. Highly recommend Mavis Tires and especially Lindsey for anyone needing tire services and other vehicle related services !
