They were willing to look at my car last minute, took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything to me making sure I understood and were incredibly patient with the probably 20 phone calls with questions. When I asked them to also do an oil change, they checked it and proved to be incredibly honest by telling me I didn't need one for another 1000 miles. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I ended up going to Midas because nowhere else was open and I had an issue of vandalism and my window would not go up or down. I live in the city and I had no choice but to leave it there over night so somebody didn’t break in. Midas charged me $200 just too look and diagnose the problem. Taking off a door panel only involves a screw driver, not worth $200. The next day when I went to pick it up they informed me it would be $1200 to fix on top of what they already charged me. The moment I pulled in my girlfriend recognized the place as where she brought her car to be inspected 2 years ago. Amazing experience. I was a walk-in and I knew I needed a battery. Rico, the mechanic team and manager Dan reminded me that I still had a warranty and therefore was able to save some money with all the service they were providing. I appreciated the honest feedback on my vehicle and the details of how to best proceed with the maintenance of my car after my check. The business proved to me today why it’s worthwhile to support Midas.

Don't recommend coming here, came in for 2 tires to get swapped around left with multiple significant gouges and scratching in my rims that were not previously there. They tried to tell me they were but I know every inch of my car from front to back, inside and out. The condition of the rims when I left were no where near the same as when I brought my car in. They may not have been perfect but there were significant not scratches and gouges in the rims when I left.
