Dissatisfied, the gentleman who helped me was rude, mentioning to his coworker: "She doesn't speak English," as if I weren't capable of speaking, understanding, and resolving the issue. It's sad to see people discriminate (and with English as a second language, I can be understood and resolve everything I need in other environments). They didn't resolve my car problem; I had to pay for a diagnosis that wasn't done; they told me there was no problem. All the lights remained on, and the following Monday another problem appeared. Disappointed.

I was beyond satisfied for the service I received!! I actually walked away feeling like a valued customer. With that being said...on a scale of 1-10...I'd give your Midas team a 15! And i was made aware of the potential future savings on all services needed. I appreciate YOU and the Midas team for representing how it feels to come into work ....and like what it is...to serve all customers like the valued customers they're. I can't wait too spend some more money for services rendering an outstanding management and technicians 💯👌🏾

First of all customer service was very nice and on point . I was there a couple of days ago for an oil change. They gave me a safety check also and found several other things l needed , none were life threatening other that brakes . That was my next stop to get done somewhere else because of my warranty. I did get 2 filters that had to be delivered from somewhere else that took a little extra time , but they took care of me for my patience . I left with a smile on my face . Oh the waiting area is very comfortable with air conditioning / water and a clean restroom . Thank you Midas Team .

Outstanding Customer Service for my 2nd visit here,I usually go to Meinke because they have better deals but Tim gave me an offer I couldn refuse today by matchn the price and gettin me in today verses nxt Wed. I like this location a lot due to the great customer service, Ur Greeted/ Ur Thanked with a Smile & they definitely work with matchin any price just definitely ask for Tim. Im not sure if he’s the manager but he was awesome! I’ll be back for my nxt mainten ance job which is tire rotated but def waitin on a Groupon deal there too.
