Ignorant customer service personnel that answer the phone very disappointing and the phone system is not user friendly.
I experienced terrible service from Robert Demaio. He abruptly hung up on me without allowing me to explain the problem. I have purchased numerous parts from this company, but his disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. This leads me to question my future business with your company.

DO NOT use this parts place by any means necessary. They pull a bait and switch, they sold me a supercharger with 73k on it for 1 grand only to tell me when picking up ohhhh it was sold to another customer after we had paid for the part already. The customer service there is a laughable joke and take zero accountability for their actions. I will not be returning nor would I recommend them to anyon…
