I drove all the way from Baltimore to get work done here, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The prices are unbeatable. Every other shop I contacted quoted me 1200-1500 for motor mounts, Helix did it for 840. What really stood out was the staff. They were kind, skilled, and professional. Tim you’re the man. You are doing yourself a disservice by not bringing your car here.

Had a great experience getting my 2005 Mini serviced and inspected at Helix. They are an incredibly knowledgeable group who were able to quickly diagnose a check engine light as well as provide advice on upcoming maintenance items and best bang-for-your-buck modifications to improve performance and driving feel. Will definitely visit again.

1991 BMW E30 325i owner. I brought in the car for a coolant issue. Isaiah at Helix identified that the coolant thermostat housing was corroding, so they ended up replacing it with a few surrounding hoses. Now the car doesn't smell like coolant. Definitely bringing the BMW back for more fixes.

Oh thank goodness we found Helix! I've had my mini cooper since 2015; the last 3 experiences at Mini of the Mainline were horrible; they overcharged us for services, (charged us $265 for a diagnostic fee for my driver side speaker, after I told the dealership it sounded off and made a rattling noise); were 2 days late for my appt for an oil change (I ended up going back and asking for a loaner) and only fixed the back part of my breaks when I asked for front AND back. I came here after a VERY pricey trip to MINI of Mt Laurel and WOW, I was extremely pleased with the service I got. I roginlally brought it in with some concerns the dealership had highlighted and added a PA Inspection. However, the assured me that there were no issues warranting service and saved me literally hundred of dollars that I would have spent elsewhere. I needed to drop my MINI off after work and the night drop was a little tricky to find. However, once you get back behind the building, parking was ample and the night drop box was easy to use. If you have a MINI or BMW, you will want to go here over any other local shop for service or upgrades. I cannot speak highly enough of the …
