Jim always gets my trucks back up and running as quick as possible. Always answers my phones. If you are a sensitive person, you could easily mistake his demeanor for rudeness, but then again, you’re not there for a hug or emotional support. You’re there to get your automobile fixed by people who know what they’re doing and Reid’s Auto is that & more!

Magicians? Saints? I don't know but I've never been so impressed with car service in my life. My shit was jacked up and it was fixed in less than 24 and I was appropriately charged. Really is the neighborhood gem!

Getting in the car today, I realized my PA inspection ran out on Saturday. Yikes! That's begging for a ticket from the PPA. Got a recommendation from a friend about Reid Auto. What a lifesaver. Jim was able to take it in right away, got it done and sent me on my way. And he could not have been nicer about it. I'll be back for anything my car needs from now on.

Mr. Reid is so knowledgeable about cars. He always promptly answers the phone and assists with any problems as soon as possible. We are so grateful that he’s so close to home. Also- his prices are very reasonable and he provides great service!
