My LCD touchscreen was broken and I went to bestbuy, but they sent me to Ubreakifix and they did an amazing job with the repairs. Excellent service, laptop kept in great condition and my touchscreen works perfectly, I’m VERY satisfied.Thank you for everything!

Went in for screen and battery replacement. Staff were friendly and experienced, my Google Pixel 4a was repaired in a timely fashion, less than 24 hrs. The reason I gave 4 stars was for two things. First, my phone needed repair so I gave them a different phone number to contact me at. They sent all updates to the phone I gave in for repairs which means I had to call to find out when it was ready instead of being emailed or contacted at the other number given. The second issue was that they placed stickers on the back of my phone that, when removed, ripped the matte coating off the back. Unfortunately I only noticed after I payed. I recently brought my Pixel 8A in for a screen repair; I had dropped it and cracked the screen. It wasn't under insurance, so I paid their asking price. First, the repair tech scratched the body of the casing around where the glass meets the body, presumably from removing the original screen carelessly. Second, and more importantly, a few weeks later, the edge of the screen came up in the bottom right corner of the phone. It seemed to me like the adhesive hadn't taken properly. The facility seemed nice, but my phone was not repaired. I made an appointment which was confirmed then when I arrived I was informed that they didn’t have a screen for my model, which seemed kind of weird considering they confirmed my appointment. The price also initially seemed pretty high (I’m from Brooklyn and the price was higher then what I usually pay there) so in the end I guess it was a win since I was able to walk a few blocks over and received the same service for almost half the price.
