If you stumble across this review, don’t even think about going anywhere else. I discovered Import Service Unlimited on google after a negative experience at the VW dealership and I am so happy I did. Jim was kind, transparent, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help get me back on the road and I could not recommend enough. 10/10

Found this place on google and am I glad I did. Honest work at a very reasonable price, moreover the owner lets you bring in your own parts, so you only pay for labor. I will bring my car here unless it is warranty work at Audi. Thank you!

This is one of a short list of home grown family owned shops in the area. They mostly deal with Audi, Volkswagen, and other European Brands. But if you have a late model Audi or Volkswagen definitely reach out to them. They will take care of your car.
