Purchased a used but under warranty Solterra from a different dealership that was making weird noises. Took it to Kennedy Subaru who said they couldn't hear anything and told us to pick up our car. So then I decided to give Ciocca a try and I am very glad I did. Matthew the service advisor admitted they didn't see many Solterras in service but that didn't stop him from providing excellent service. I did a ride along with the service manager and they were able to hear the noises which resulted in a rear electric motor/axle replacement. Brought my 2013 Crosstrek here for the second time for a general look over and tune up. Turned out to be a whole lot more extensive and expensive with more work than I expected or planned, but they did a great job. Very convenient location for me, wonderful staff (thanks, Stephanie !) and mechanics, trustworthy with great communication and updates and everything itemized, fast work. Lucky to have Ciocca Subaru nearby, definitely recommend for any work you need done in Philadelphia

Mike was terrific. He was pleasant, direct and respectful. I was in for a scheduled oil change and state inspection. The entire process took about one and a half hours. The car was even washed . All of the work and costs were clearly explained and all of my questions were answered in full. The whole experience was surprisingly pleasant and stress free. Thank you.

My experience at Ciocca is always 10/10. They take such good care of their clients! I came in recently for an urgent situation and they accommodated me right away easing my stress. Amazing service!! Matthew and Elijah were so attentive and helpful. My car was towed in to this dealership and the auto crew did an oil change and key fob recalibration for me.. went so far as to not only wash my car for me but ALSO fill up my gas tank. I’m absolutely thrilled with this service!
