Mike was terrific. He was pleasant, direct and respectful. I was in for a scheduled oil change and state inspection. The entire process took about one and a half hours. The car was even washed . All of the work and costs were clearly explained and all of my questions were answered in full. The whole experience was surprisingly pleasant and stress free. Thank you.

My experience at Ciocca is always 10/10. They take such good care of their clients! I came in recently for an urgent situation and they accommodated me right away easing my stress. Amazing service!! Matthew and Elijah were so attentive and helpful. My car was towed in to this dealership and the auto crew did an oil change and key fob recalibration for me.. went so far as to not only wash my car for me but ALSO fill up my gas tank. I’m absolutely thrilled with this service!
