Polam auto world

Good selection of used parts. A complete shop that which includes body work auto repair and much more

I`M USUALLY LET THINGS PAST AND MOVE FOWARD; BUT THIS TIME I CAN`T LET THIS PAST WITHOUT POSTING THE BAD BUSSINESS, INTEGRITY AND THE POOR HONESTITY THIS BUSSINESS PROVIDES. WE ARE ALSO A USED AUTO PARTS FACILITY AND WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT HAVING 1 CUSTOMERS COME BACK 1000000 TIMES TO BUY FROM US , WILL ALWAYS BE BETTER THE 100 CUSTOMERS THAT WOULD ONLY BUY FROM US ONCE. WE GOT A TRANSFER CASE THAT IS NOT GOOD , STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY DON`T WANT TO REFUND WITHOUT 50% RESTOCKING , ALSO WE GOT OFFER FROM JAKOB (THE OWNER) TO RETURN THE PART AND GET A YARD CREDIT ONLY; BECUASE ACCORDING TO HIM THIS UNIT WAS NEW FROM THE DEALER AND IT SHOULD BE GOOD! IF YOU SEE THE PICTURES THAT I`VE POST …

I went here because I was referred from another shop for one specific reason obd1 scanner tool that the guy I believe his name is Yaqub(Jacob) has! So I went on a Tuesday afternoon he told me to come back Thursday morning! Thursday morning comes and it’s nothing but bs for half of the day! First he didn’t arrive until 1pm then when I finally track him down he got the nerve to first act like I’m bothering him secondly tell me he won’t be able to get to my car today, so I just walked out because at this point it’s clear your not business oriented and don’t want to do business and maybe it’s just business with a black person idk but if that is the case then you shouldn’t be in the neighborhood …

If I could give this place no star I would because they took my money and my truck is worst than it is before i dropped it off So I took my car to another place, getting fixed the same issue that pull them Autoworld promise and swore that they fixed after I paid them. I reached out to the owner Jacob and he refuses to speak to me so I will be seeking legal act he keeps hanging up the phone on me constantly after he took my money, which is very unprofessional

STAY AWAY!!! SCAM !!!They Sell transmission to me with warranty after I install it and confirm defects like delays between 1st and 2nd. they refuse to take it back after a week of purchase.
