To say I am satisfied would be an understatement! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service at W.P. Cooke. From start to finish, the team showed outstanding customer service, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to quality work. The staff especially Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Gary took the time to explain the repairs clearly, providing honest recommendations without any pressure. The shop's attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done right truly stood out. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but their positive attitudes, even on the phone with Ashley, made the entire experience…

Hello everyone.. First, I want to say that these are nice people and I know they have good ratings. But my experience with them on Friday, February 28 and on today, Monday, March 3 was loaded with hassles and a lot of back-and-forth information. I was informed to purchase Front and And rear wheel assembly for my Toyota sienna. When I got to the shop for my appointment on Friday, there was an issue because the part that I had ordered based on the recommendation from Ashley was not everything that was needed. I’ve probably drove past this place 1000 times in my adult life and never noticed there was a shop there. I couldn’t be more happier with the service they provided me today. The mechanic that service my car was attentive. He paid attention to all of my concerns, and I was satisfied with the outcome. Ashley was also great. She even Went out of her way to help me with getting something out of the shop for my car as well. Real customer service is hard to find these days But today I realize it’s still around. Thank you guys.

This is not the closest tire shop to me but I come here all the time because I trust the service, excellence of the staff, and the support they offer. Great, affordable prices and truly good people who do a terrific job. I never stress when I have a tire problem now. Mike, the owner, is a gem and is excellent at his job. 10/10 recommend
