Mobile Mechanic Pros Philadelphia

These guys are great. My car started jerky and shivering last night. Then the check engine light came on and it was a mess. I had to get my oil changed and figured why not do a diagnostic at the same time. They quoted me $195 to come out and change the oil. They also checked it over for free. It was a spark plug misfire issue. They fixed it same day for $364. Im used to paying over $500 with my old mechanic I have found my forever mechanic. Thank you, thank you guys.

I called and scheduled a Pre Purchase Inspection all on the first call - they arrived at the vehicle in 30 minutes. The guys were extremely professional, prompt, and thorough. Being located in another state was a challenge while trying to navigate a used vehicle purchase, but they gave me peace of mind. They sent me tons of photos, videos, and spent a long time on the phone walking through all details of the inspection. Definitely recommend.

We hired Mobile Mechanic Pros Philadelphia to perform a pre-purchase inspection on a “good deal”. Sam was prompt and professional. He supplied many texts updating us, pictures of the inside/outside/under carriage and ran diagnostics for the car. Unfortunately, the car was sound as far as engine, but there were a multitude of issues with things that didn’t work. There were major rust issues as well. This inspection saved us thousands of dollars! We’re so grateful to have found them!! 5/5⭐️. We would definitely recommend and/or use them again!

A serious warning to anyone considering Mobile Mechanic Pros: proceed with extreme caution. This company’s negligence severely compromised the safety and integrity of my vehicle. The work they performed was not only careless and unprofessional, but it created a hazardous condition that could have resulted in a serious accident—putting both myself and other drivers at risk. Due to their substandard workmanship, I was forced to take my vehicle to a reputable auto repair shop and pay out of pocket to correct the damage they caused. Despite clear and documented evidence of their wrongdoing, Mobile Mechanic Pros has refused to issue any refund or accept responsibility. Instead, they appear to e…

Absolutely terrible experience. I hired this mobile mechanic service to replace my brakes and rotors, and it’s ended up costing me way more than it should have. First red flag: they demanded full payment before starting any work. Against my better judgment, I paid. Big mistake. They stripped the bolts on the rear wheels, which now requires an expensive fix just to get them out. On top of that, they installed the rear rotors on the front wheels. Yes—completely backwards. Now I have to pay another mechanic not only to redo the job correctly, but to fix the damage this guy caused. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Save yourself the money and headache—go elsewhere.
