Always kind and professional. Staff is always nice and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue or anything to complain about. Its location is convenient. Clean. I’ve not had any experience like the negative reviews state. I’ve only done inspections here on Frankford Avenue location. I feel prices are fair for what I’ve had done.

Got new struts put on. I do have some sound coming from the front driver's side so I will be back in to have it checked out. Plus it was a tough job to get the older ones off. Mechanical work is a Bully sometimes when working with certain parts that just don't want to come off. Jay Cohen is amazing and I always look forward to seeing them.

WORST place to get a WHEEL ALIGNMENT for $150 and I’m sure anything else. I went to get a wheel alignment because my front tires were slanted. The bottoms were sticking out more than the top. When the mechanic Joseph was done I asked him why was my tires still slanted and he began to talk mechanic and tell me how I need a “camber kit” which is a separate job and cost about $600. Helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I took my car 3 different places before bringing it here and was met with judgement and rude remarks. The guys here were great and had me in and out . I appreciate the help today and will definitely be back for future repairs
