Preferred Automotive Specialists

Quality service, and competitive pricing! The entire staff is extremely professional and easy to work with! They kept me very informed on what was wrong with my car and the amount to fix it before they did the work so there were no surprises. Thanks for everything! I will be a repeat customer!

This shop is close to work and home. They always do a nice job and this time was no different. Thanks, Preferred Automotive!

Don’t come here. He tried to charge me $700 for an ac blower motor and 500 for a blower motor resister that the dealership said i didn’t need. Thats without the diagnostic fee that can be as many hours as they choose. I brought him my truck the ac was fine in the rear compartment, but the front was not blowing at all . After i refused his ridiculous prices, He gave me the truck back with no AC in the front and the rear stopped blowing cold. I still had to pay 800 just for the diagnostic. For the prices he charges you’re better off going to the dealership where they are trained exclusively for your car. Also a note to the owner Dave, I will be filing a complaint to the BBB

Great experience! I showed them the 10% coupon a bit late but they still accepted it since I am a 1st customer. I will come back next time for sure!

Quality service, and competitive pricing! The location is also super convenient. The two guys at the front desk were professional and easy to work with, kept me well informed and made me feel like more than a number with a dollar sign next to it. Thanks for everything! I will be returning!
