Quick Lane at Pacifico Ford

Called 50 times no answer then wen I got a answer was transferred they never answered again. These female secretary's are terrible

Okay okay and okay Carlos and his crew are good. I was a little peeved that James left but Carlos has proven to be good and what he does and has consistently showed me good customer service.

Great experience at Quick Lane today. Carlos and the other young lady at the front desk (sorry, didn't catch her name, but pretty young woman with jet black hair) have great customer service! I was in and out in no time thanks to the hard work of Logan (technician)! Will definitely recommend to others.

From the moment I entered, "Pacifico FORD Quick Lane" the staff delivered services with a great deal of excellent expertise. Each person responsible for providing their skillset was more than accommodating. This is why I am a Lifetime customer, since my first FORD OWNER purchase in 1967 in Gary, Indiana. The FORD priority is to give the utmost respect and care to Owners. We look forward to Our future experiences and 😊 Thank you in advance for your continued, "Above and Beyond Customer service".

Something different! The man who used to be behind the counter has changed. He was good!! I got here at 730am. The works, plus front pads. It's after 10am. Still sitting. No price I dictated to me. Been coming here for yrs. They do the best work.
