Quick Lane at Pacifico Ford

Called 50 times no answer then wen I got a answer was transferred they never answered again. These female secretary's are terrible

Okay okay and okay Carlos and his crew are good. I was a little peeved that James left but Carlos has proven to be good and what he does and has consistently showed me good customer service.

Great experience at Quick Lane today. Carlos and the other young lady at the front desk (sorry, didn't catch her name, but pretty young woman with jet black hair) have great customer service! I was in and out in no time thanks to the hard work of Logan (technician)! Will definitely recommend to others.
