Meineke Car Care Center

The manager Tom listened to my inquiry and offered suggestions. The work that was required was explained to me and the work itself was done in a timely manner. I will be returning if I need more work done.

I would leave no stars if it was an option. I scheduled an appointment at this location on Ogontz days ago for an ac repair. When I arrived to the shop the guy at the desk insisted that he called my husband and told him that they wouldn’t be able to get our car in until an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment. My appointment was handled right on time and very competently fixed my brakes. Staff very courteous and price of repair very reasonable.

I could barely turn my car and steering wheel. Meineke was professional and reasonable! Gave me a polite and detailed description of what was wrong with my car when I asked for clarity! Did great work on my car and it is driving well again!

Meineke is a great place to take your car. The team was very considerate about getting my car in and serviced with quality service. My appointment was very early and they got me in and out in 2 hours. That’s pretty good considering most places keep it all day for an inspection. I’ve used Meineke a few times in the last 7 years for inspections and I haven’t had any issues, so I would say it’s been great! Thank you Meineke!
