So I took my car there on Wednesday for an oil change and to look at my control arms..I KNEW they were bad…the shop calls me back and said I need not only control arms, but a steering rack, tire rods, and ball joints…ok cool…we agree to a price for them 4 things…the mechanic said the work would take about 4 days to do as they were busy…. I call the shop the very next day just to confirm if the car…

Second time dropping my car off to this shop & both times haven’t been the greatest experience. I was told one price then once I picked up the car, the price was $100 more.. okay.. fine but there was no phone call or any communication on what had to be fixed. I don’t appreciate that. I was told $80-$90 bucks and got charged more..

Almond Street garage is the only place I will bring my car in the city. They’re professional, respectful and incredibly skilled. They offer a more than fair price for the best quality work. Highly recommend this company.

Very nice guys , took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. Had to have the throttle body replaced & it was reasonably priced. Ran good. However less than 2 days later my car battery suddenly caught fire & now I have no car and am out $400+. Unsure if it’s related since the throttle body is not near the battery, but I had no previous battery issues.

Nice group of guys. The place is neat and clean I like that. Waiting room small so I suggest you come back if you can. All round a relax environment I say give them a try if your in the area.
